Customers and suppliers

Record communications with your customers and suppliers, for example when discussing payments due and disputes. You can record the outcomes of your communications, and use the details of promised payments to help chase debt and manage your payments.

Stock control

You can set up stock alerts for a stock item, to show messages whenever you deal with that stock item.
When you set up a stock alert, you can choose to show the alert with particular activities, such as when you enter an order or return, or send and receive goods. You can also choose to display the alert when dealing with particular customers or suppliers.

You can now display the Country of Origin Code and Country of Origin Name in the Stock List, by adding columns Info > Country of Origin Code/Name. So if you need to produce reports such as Intrastat that require country of origin (CoO) details, this can help you check the country details that you've entered for your stock items.

When you change the requested or promised dates for an order (or quotation), you can choose to update the dates for all the items in that order too.

We've increased the length of references from 20 to 40 characters, for customer transactions, supplier transactions and nominal transactions.

Web Extensions and customisation

You can customise web screens directly in the Web Portal by using Web Extensions.
Web screens can be customised by using a JSON schema file, without having to write complex JavaScript.

If there are any warnings or errors when you're entering information on a web screen with tabs, these will be displayed in the tab heading so you can easily find them.

Customers and suppliers

Set up alerts on a supplier account, to show messages when you deal with that supplier; for example, when you enter an order for that supplier.

You can now choose the default allocation date recorded for customer and supplier transactions. The allocation date for transactions can be set as either the date of the receipt/payment, or the date you record the allocation in Sage 200.

General

If there is an active memo, Active is displayed next to the Memo tab.
Stock Control

The stock item manufacturer's part number and the Supplier stock code have been increased in length from 40 to 60 characters.
Analysis codes

We've increased the number of analysis codes from 5 to 20. So you can now use 20 analysis codes in each area.
